Studio Previtali and Partners was established in June 2016 further to Andrea Previtali and Antonio Pastore - a fellow chartered accountant working in the same firm as counsel - departure from Previtali Studio Villoresi Covre & Associati (now called Studio PVC).
Previtali Villoresi Covre & Associates had been set up in 2006 as a follow-up of the Moretti-Cane and Lombardi Chartered Accountants Studio, a leading Firm in Milan, with established national and international clientele since the 1960s.
The two founding partners wished above all to create a structure able to provide customers, on the basis of their respective, complementary and synergistic skills, with a proficient service in tax and corporate consultancy, pre- and post-insolvency. In order to achieve this, two dynamic chartered accountants have joined the team right from the set up and additional skilled professionals will be joining in the near future.
The Firm offers its services mainly to Italian corporations and companies belonging to multinational groups.
