Completed her Bachelor Degree in Business Law and Economics at Milan Bicocca University in 2013, with a thesis on Tax Law.
Qualified and registered to practice as a chartered accountant within Milan’s Institute of Chartered Accountants as from 2018.
From 2011 to 2017 she collaborated with accounting firms in Milan, gaining wide experience and expertise in accounting, tax and corporate matters.
Joined Previtali & Partners Studio in March 2017 in her professional capacity.
She currently focuses in assisting large corporations, providing advice on civil and fiscal matters. Has recently been involved in extraordinary operations, such as mergers, transfers and partial or full sales of companies.
